Lapsang Souchong Tea

Lapsang Souchong is a distinctive smoked black tea originally from the Wuyi region of the Chinese province of Fujian. Lapsang is different from all other types of tea because the tea leaves are traditionally smoke-dried over pinewood fires which produces the characteristic smoky flavour.

Tasting notes

Lapsang Souchong's fragrance is dominated by woodsmoke, while the flavour is rich and extremely smooth. Can be infused at least 3 times.

1. Amount: 3-5g
2. Water: 200ml @ 100ºC
3. Time: 3-5 mins
