Rooibos Tea

The Rooibos plant is endemic to a small part of the western coast of the Western Cape province of South Africa, commonly known as Redbush Tea in Great Britain. Our Rooibos is made from finely chopped leaves, dried in the sun. During this process the colour changes from green to a deep mahogany.
