Earl Grey Tea

Earl Grey gets its unusual flavour from oil of Bergamot, which is extracted from the rind of the small acidic Bergamot orange (Citrus bergamia), a small citrus tree which blossoms during the winter. Our Earl Grey is based on China Black Tea.

Tasting Notes

This tea is light and smooth with an uplifting citrus taste. It can be served with milk and/or sugar, but goes especially well with lemon. Earl Grey is perfect for making iced tea.

How to Brew

1. Amount: 3-5g
2. Water: 400 ml @ 100 ºC
3. Time: 3-5 mins
